I love fresh tea and Ube. Honestly, my ube drink tasted like milk with very little Ube in the swirl. Basically I bought very expensive cup of milk with ice. If that wasn't enough... The girl on the counter was chatting with her friend and seemed to get annoyed when I asked if I could pay cash. You were no pleasure to deal with either... Just FYI... I was charged 16.45 for 2 drinks paid $20 cash. That was with a $1 tip included. She gave me back $3.60 - do the math. I saw my receipt and it gave a discount for cash, 45 cents. So why did she give me $3.60? First, she should have given me $3.55, but with the discount, I was owed $4 back if I owed $16 and paid with a $20. I asked the girl and she did not understand at all! Nevermind the expensive milk, the employee can't do basic math. NOT GOING BACK.

My favorite tea spot. No other tea spot has made me change my mind. This place is not my favorite because of the vibes, aesthetics, or price. It’s my favorite because of the flavor and organic ingredients. I wish they had more locations.

HNTea at the Tustin location has some of the best boba drinks I have ever tasted in my life!, these drinks are truly exceptional in taste and organicity! The tea is brewed to the perfect strength, not too strong, but not too weak either. This is the closest example to actual authentic Taiwanese boba drinks in this area. The lattes, coffees, and fruit drinks here use real fruit, real organic tea, real coffee, and real ingredients unlike some white-washed boba shops I know of that use powdered milk tea mix for their drinks. The boba pearls are of exceptional quality just like the milk teas are! They are perfectly chewy and sweet. They also have a level of sweetness options for your drinks: 100% for full sweetness 75% for regular sweetness 50% for half sweetness 25% for less sweetness 0% for no sweetness The service here was good, no complaints. The atmosphere here was good, no complaints. Overall, Exceptional quality drinks and teas, very authentic drinks. It's very nice to know that it's organic as well. I often visit HN Tea to enjoy their delicious teas, and I absolutely love it every time. the Organic Mountain Rock Tea and Cheesecap Jasmine from HN Tea, and I must say, it was an amazing experience. The tea had a rich, bold flavor with a refreshing aftertaste that lingered perfectly. The cheese foam was incredibly creamy and full of flavor, adding the right amount of indulgence to every sip. The combination of the two was simply flawless – a perfect balance of savory and fresh. The shop itself had a soothing ambiance, with the calming scent of tea filling the air, making it a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommended!

Very nice and clean place. I love the fact that they have organic teas and organic milk. That's really good stuff. The teas are very strong and I love the taste. It's not watered down at all. Also get the boba with your drinks. The boba tasted great and had just enough sweetness without being overly sweet. Another great find in the area. I also really liked how they have a computer with self ordered. It's very convenient and let the people work on making the drinks instead trying to take people's orders.
